Is there any interest or fee?

Tamara charges no interest, and its plans are Sharia-compliant. Tamara's own terms apply to missed payments.

Who can use Tamara?

You need a UAE mobile number and a debit or credit card. Tamara decides at checkout whether it can approve your order and how much you can spend.

When are the payments taken?

The first payment is taken when you order. Tamara sends a reminder before each of the remaining payments, and you can manage them in the Tamara app.

Can I still return my order?

Yes. Our 3-day return policy for unopened boxes still applies. Once the return is accepted, Tamara updates or refunds your payments.

Can I get the cash on delivery discount as well?

The 8% discount applies to cash on delivery orders only, so it cannot be combined with Tamara.
