Is there any interest or fee?

Tabby charges no interest. If you pay on time, you pay nothing extra. Tabby's own terms apply to missed payments.

Who can use Tabby?

You need a UAE mobile number and a debit or credit card. Tabby decides at checkout whether it can approve your order and how much you can spend.

When are the payments taken?

The first payment is taken when you order. The other three are taken automatically on the same day each month. You can manage them in the Tabby app.

Can I still return my order?

Yes. Our 3-day return policy for unopened boxes still applies. Once the return is accepted, Tabby updates or refunds your payments.

Can I get the cash on delivery discount as well?

The 8% discount applies to cash on delivery orders only, so it cannot be combined with Tabby.
