Official Warranty Policy
Brand-new Apple products (UAE and International versions) and UAE-version devices of other brands carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty. International/Arabic versions of other brands are sold without UAE warranty. Renewed devices come with a 3-month BST Store warranty and a 7-day Dead on Arrival (DOA) guarantee. ๐ง How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 997 3359.
- Share your order number, a description of the issue and a photo or video.
- We will respond within 24 hours with the next steps.
๐ Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided:
- The box is unopened.
- The product is in its original packaging with all included accessories.
- The product has not been physically damaged, cracked or water-damaged after delivery.
- The return is accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation).
To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. We will arrange collection or provide a return address. Refunds are processed within 3โ5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- Opened products.
- Devices with physical damage caused after delivery.
- Accessories that have been opened and used.
- Devices with the IMEI/serial number removed or altered.

- Apple: all brand-new Apple products carry the 12-month manufacturer warranty in both UAE and International versions.
- Other brands: UAE versions carry the 12-month manufacturer warranty; International versions are sold without UAE warranty.
- Renewed phones: carry the 3-month BST Store warranty and our 7-day Dead on Arrival guarantee.
