At BST Store, customer satisfaction is at the heart of our business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return or exchange products within 30 days from the date of delivery or collection, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Sales Invoice Required: All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales invoice.
Product Condition: Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, promotional materials, and any bundled items.
Non-Eligible Returns:
Packaging that is incomplete, damaged, or scratched.
Devices with activation locks or passwords enabled (e.g., Find My iPhone, Find My Mobile, Find My Device).
Invoices where VAT has already been claimed or refunded.
If the packaging is opened but the product is unused and free from any scratches or signs of use, a 15% restocking fee will apply. This fee may vary depending on the product category at the time of return.
If your item arrives non-functional or not as described, we will initiate a refund or replacement after inspection. This process can take up to 7 business days to complete.
Please back up and remove any personal data before returning your product. BST Store is not responsible for lost data on returned items.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during the purchase (credit/debit card).
Any service, shipping, or installation fees are non-refundable.
Customers are required to inspect all items at the time of delivery and before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). Once accepted, no claims of damage or defect will be entertained under return or warranty.
Any extended warranty or protection plan may only be canceled or refunded if the associated product is returned within its eligible warranty period.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.
All return and exchange decisions are subject to BST Store management's discretion, based on adherence to the above conditions.
NOTE : Please note that if the box of the phone has been opened, the product will not be eligible for return or refund. We kindly request customers to check all details before opening the sealed package, as opened-box items are considered accepted and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
