How fast is delivery in Dubai?
Delivery is free across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and takes 3–5 business days. Orders placed Friday to Sunday are processed on Monday.
What if my phone has a fault when it arrives?
Message us on WhatsApp at +971 52 997 3359 within 7 days of delivery and it is covered by our 7-day dead-on-arrival policy. After that, the 3-month BST Store warranty applies.
