What is the TDRA version of an iPhone?
It is the version approved for sale in the UAE. International versions may differ in SIM or eSIM support, so check the version option before you buy.
Do new iPhones have a warranty?
Yes, a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
How fast is delivery in Dubai?
Delivery is free across the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, and takes 3–5 business days. Brand-new products ordered before 12 PM can be delivered the same day in Dubai. Orders placed Friday to Sunday are processed on Monday.
Do you deliver to Saudi Arabia?
Yes. Delivery to Saudi Arabia costs AED 150. Delivery within the UAE is free.
Can I return my order?
Yes, within 3 days of delivery as long as the box is unopened.
